For all sessions, I offer options for floor-based, seated (chair), or standing training, as well as bolsters and support bars for clients who need them.

Seriously, making these adaptations is one of my favorite parts of this job!

General Personal Training (Individual Sessions)

Personalized Coaching based on your specific movement goals with a broad spectrum approach focusing on an emphasis on building consistent habits and finding movements that you connect with and enjoy. You can expect to explore multiple movement styles along with gaining exposure to a variety of methods to help you find sustainable patterns that are fun and work for you and your body.

Function Specific Coaching (Individual Sessions)

You have a specific activity (like kneeling to garden), or movement you want to build facility with (cleaning up after your furbaby), or you want a more focused and narrower scope to a movement practice you already like. We work with you to build a safe, sustainable, and consistent practice so you can participate in the kinds of movement you enjoy.

Mobility and Stretch - 30min

Feeling tight? Maybe you slept in a weird position? These 30min sessions are to help loosen up tension using slower, more mindful movements, and breathwork to bring awareness to where you’re holding tension or stiffness. Success is not looseness, but greater awareness of what your body is trying to tell you.

Take a Breath - 60min

Similar to Mobility and Stretch sessions, but even more! A greater emphasis will be on slow, methodical movement, breathwork, and gentle stretches in a longer session.
