Going to a gym can be intimidating, overwhelming, and inaccessible. My philosophy is that movement is accessible with a collaborative approach and guidance. No weights, machines, or intimidation required! Building on a background of East Asian martial arts and a variety of movement styles as well as a holistic perspective on activity and wellness, I provide coaching to help clients develop a relationship with their body and movement that sets them up for success however that looks for them.
